1. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice and all orders are subject to applicable taxes and shipping charges. To confirm your order, we require a deposit payment of 50% of the total price. The remaining balance will be due upon completion. Payments must be made in full upon delivery of the custom garment.

2. Manufacturing and Delivery
We create custom garments based on individual measurements and specifications, which can take 3-4 weeks for delivery. We will make every effort to deliver your custom garment on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to manufacturing difficulties, shipping delays, and customs clearance.

3. Alteration
We offer up to two alterations if your order does not fit or meet your expectations. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your items. Alterations must be requested within seven days and are subject to availability. We do not offer refunds, but we will work with you to make any necessary alterations to ensure your order meets your expectations.

4. Intellectual Property
The content, design, and layout of this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and logos, are owned by Truly Royale and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of the content on this website without the express written permission of Truly Royale.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Truly Royale shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use this website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Truly Royale operates.

7. Arbitration
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration shall be conducted in English in state and city of Truly Royale's choosing, and shall be decided by a single arbitrator chosen by Truly Royale.
The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
