Orders & Payments
Is shipping included in the total price?
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated.
How do I confirm my custom order?
A 70% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due once your garment is completed and prior to delivery.
When is full payment required?
The remaining balance must be paid before your garment is shipped or released for pickup.
Production & Delivery
How long does production take?
Custom garments require approximately 4–6 weeks for completion. Wedding and group orders may require additional time depending on party size and design complexity.
Can you rush my order?
Rush requests may be accommodated depending on our production schedule. Additional fees may apply.
What if there is a delay?
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe. Delays related to fabric availability, shipping carriers, or customs are outside of our control. We will communicate promptly if any adjustments are needed.
Alterations, Refunds & Cancellations
How are measurements handled?
Measurements are either taken by our team or submitted by the client. Accurate measurements are essential to achieving the best fit.
What if my garment does not fit?
If measurements were taken by our team and minor adjustments are needed, we will provide a partial refund to assist with local alterations.
If the garment does not fit due to a confirmed measurement or production error on our end, we will work with you to remake the outfit. The original garment must be returned before a remake is approved.
If measurements were submitted by the client and are inaccurate, alteration costs are the responsibility of the client.
Do you offer refunds?
Because each garment is custom-made, we do not offer full refunds. We are committed to working with you to resolve any issues fairly.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund.
Orders cancelled after 24 hours but before production begins will receive a refund of the deposit.
Once production has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Fabric & Design
Is the fabric guaranteed to be exactly as shown?
Fabric is subject to availability. If a selected fabric becomes unavailable, we will provide comparable options for approval before proceeding.
Can I make changes after production begins?
Design changes cannot be made once production has started.
Wedding & Group Orders
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes. Groups of five or more receive 10% off.
When should we place our wedding order?
We recommend placing wedding and group orders at least 8–10 weeks before your event date.
